- How strong is the recycled Paraglider Nylon?
- The nylon we use for U.BAGs is post consumer waste sport grade nylon. It can hold far more weight than you could easily fit into your bag! Things like your wallet, keys, and mask are perfect for this bag. The material can be punctured by the fine metal tip of a mechanical pencil, but your keys won't do damage :-)
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes! Just enter your address during check out.
- How long does it take to ship?
- Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday. Shipping times depend on the season and country. Shipping within Germany is typically 2-3 days. EU is 5-7 days and International is between 14-30 days.
- Will I get a tracking number?
- It depends! in order to keep shipping prices low we offer tracking numbers for the following:
- All packages to Germany
- All packages to non-EU International
- EU packages WITH upgraded shipping selected
- Lost package?
- Has your package been marked as delivered but wasn't in your mail box? Good chance DHL has either marked it delivered 24-48 hours too early, or it was left with a neighbour and no note was put in your mail box. If neither of those is true, send an email to hello@thevivgoods.com and we will track it down for you.

- Taxes and duties?
- Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.
- What is your returns policy?
- We are happy to offer returns on full priced items purchased directly from TheVIVgoods, for a full refund on the original payment method. Bags must be in unworn, unused condition. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Please note, we are unable to cover shipping costs or additional duties and fees charged for international returns.
- Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
- We ship your order every Tuesday and Thursday, so long as we have not begun processing your order its not too late! send an email to hello@TheVIVgoods.com to change or cancel your order.
- Do you offer corporate collaborations?
- Yes! If you are interested in exploring the possibilities of of having your logo heat pressed onto a custom U.BAG, write an email to hello@TheVIVgoods.com
- Can I place a custom order?
- We do offer custom made U.BAGs, but require that a minimum order is reached. If you would like to order custom U.BAGs for corporate gifting, team swag or merchandise, write an email to hello@TheVIVgoods.com
- How can I wash my TheVIVgoods bag?
- Unless otherwise stated, our bags can be machine washed on cold and hung to dry. Naturally dyed Fabrics are much more sensitive and are best spot cleaned or hand washed with cold water and a mild soap.
- Do you do Influencer marketing?
